Professionalism at it's best. I have used Jan Kremer's services for several purchases over the years and every time she has been very knowledgeable of the current market. This last time it was for downsizing of our personal residents. If I had tried any other Realtor I seriously doubt I would have found what I was looking for and surely not for the price that I paid.
